My cupcake business in Paris seems to have started to take off! Cupcakes have recently exploded in Paris with popularity, however the options out there have not met my satisfaction as the true American, bite-size treat. I have been working on starting up my own business with my fabulous partner Merce Muse and it seems as though, after months of work, we are finally getting somewhere.
Having grown up on cupcakes in the states and then living through the "cupcake wars" in New York, it pains me that when one craves a cupcake there is no Magnolia's where I could just hop in and grab one! Merce and I have been perfecting recipes and we believe we have truly brought the authentic cupcake to Paris!
